Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts began with a modest motor inn opened by Isadore Sharp in Toronto in 1961. Today, the company operates a portfolio of 133 hotels and resorts worldwide, evolving into one of the most prestigious and well-managed hospitality companies in the industry. Known for its exceptional service culture and elegant, high-quality surroundings, Four Seasons properties are consistently ranked among the top luxury hotels worldwide.
Kingdom Holding Company’s involvement with Four Seasons dates back to 1994, when it acquired a strategic minority interest via a partial public take-over bid. Over the years, Kingdom has contributed to the brand’s global expansion by developing numerous international luxury hotels under the Four Seasons flag. Notably, Kingdom Holding Company owns the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris.
In September 2021, Kingdom Holding Company’s affiliate agreed to sell a 23.75% ownership stake in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to an affiliate of Cascade Investment LLC for $2.21 billion, a transaction that valued the company at $10 billion.

Accor
On July 12, 2016, FRHI Hotels & Resorts—parent company of the renowned luxury brands Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissôtel—was acquired by Accor, a global leader in travel, lifestyle, and digital innovation. As part of this transaction, Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), which previously held a 35.3% stake in FRHI through its wholly owned affiliate Kingdom Hotels (Europe) LLC, received both cash and shares in Accor S.A. This resulted in KHC acquiring a 5.8% ownership interest in Accor and securing a seat on its Board of Directors.
Over the years, KHC has adjusted its holdings in Accor. As of February 2025, KHC holds approximately 6.89% of Accor’s share capital. Sarmad Zok, CEO of Kingdom Hotel Investments and a member of KHC’s Board of Directors, has represented KHC on Accor’s Board since his appointment on July 12, 2016.
The integration of FRHI’s iconic brands into Accor was a strategic move to strengthen Accor’s luxury portfolio and expand its presence in North America.

Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris
The Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris redefines luxury in the City of Light. Located in the heart of Paris’s prestigious “Golden Triangle,” just steps from the Champs-Élysées and within close proximity to the Arc de Triomphe, the hotel commands a prominent and historic address.
Housed in an iconic eight-storey building dating back to 1928, the hotel features 244 elegantly appointed guestrooms, including 59 suites—among them, the city’s most expensive suite, the renowned Penthouse. The property is distinguished by its exceptional art collection, intricate tapestries, and world-famous floral displays. Guests enjoy dining at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Cinq, alongside 1,200 square meters of meeting and event space, a luxurious spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and an indoor swimming pool.
Kingdom Hotels acquired the property in 1996 from the Forte Hotel Group. Following the acquisition, the hotel underwent an extensive two-year renovation led by renowned interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon and re-opened in 1999 under the management of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Today, it stands as a flagship of the Four Seasons brand and a benchmark for urban luxury hospitality.
The hotel has gathered numerous awards over the years, consistently earning recognition as one of the finest city hotels in the world.
The Savoy, A Fairmont Managed Hotel
As London’s first purpose-built deluxe hotel, The Savoy opened its doors in 1889 and quickly established itself as one of the world’s most iconic hotels. Located on the banks of the River Thames, at the edge of the City of London’s financial district and moments from the West End, The Savoy enjoys a prime position surrounded by London’s finest restaurants, theatres, and pedestrian retail.
The hotel offers 267 spacious, elegantly modernized guestrooms, including 73 suites designed in classic Edwardian or Art Deco styles. Many rooms boast sweeping views over the Thames and the London skyline. The Savoy is also home to some of the city’s most celebrated dining and bar experiences, including Afternoon Tea in the Gallery at The Savoy (formerly Thames Foyer), signature cocktails in the world-renowned American Bar, and the theatrical glamour of the Beaufort Bar. Dining highlights also include Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill and the historic Simpson’s-In-The-Strand.
Kingdom Hotels invested in the property in 2005. Following an extensive two-year restoration, The Savoy reopened in 2010, re-establishing its place as one of Central London’s most glamorous and storied five-star luxury hotels.
Raffles Praslin
The Raffles Praslin, Seychelles has been recognized as one of the 10 Top Beach Resorts Around the World by the Forbes Travel Guide and the World’s Leading Luxury Villa Resort at the World Travel Awards. The resort features eighty-six villas, some of the most spacious in the Seychelles. Each villa offers a private plunge pool and outdoor pavilion to soak in breathtaking views of the opal-hued ocean, white sandy beach and lush green hills.
